Due to the nature of signed physical preorders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on preorder items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at authormickahill@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement copy at our discretion.
Ebook Preorders Ebook preorders are delivered digitally on July 28, 2026. Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Order Cancellations Preorder cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at [your email]. After 48 hours orders cannot be cancelled as they are processed for fulfillment.
Shipping Delays Physical preorders ship after July 28, 2026. Estimated delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
