Preorder Policy — All Sales Final Each preorder is prepared with intention and care, including signed physical copies. For this reason, all preorder sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled through July 1, 2026 by contacting us at authormickahill@gmail.com. After this date, orders enter final processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging each order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at authormickahill@gmail.com and include a photo of the issue. We will review and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement at our discretion.

Ebook Preorders
Ebook preorders will be delivered digitally on July 28, 2026. Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping & Fulfillment
Physical preorders will begin shipping after July 28, 2026. Delivery timelines vary by location. Once your order has shipped, it is in the care of the carrier, and we are not responsible for transit delays. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.
